有关冠词用法的三点注意

1. 不要漏用单数可数名词前的必用冠词：在通常情况下，单数可数名词前应有冠词。若泛指，用不定冠词；若特指，则用定冠词。如：

由于是一位善良、有趣的老师，大家都很喜欢他。

误：Being friendly and interesting teacher, he is loved by everyone.

正：Being a friendly and interesting teacher, he is loved by everyone.

2. 用不同的冠词有时会导致不同的含义。如：

He has gone to school. 他上学读书去了。

He has gone to the school. 他到这所学校去了。

Most children like school. 大多数小孩喜欢上学。

Most children like the school. 大多数小孩喜欢这所学校。

English is very interesting. 英语很有趣。

The English are very interesting. 英国人很有趣。

They are playing in front of the classroom. 他们在教室前面玩。

They are playing in the front of the classroom. 他们在教室前部玩。

3. the的特殊用法：the 有时用于比较级和最高级前，此时的 the 有人认为是冠词，也有人认为是副词。如：

He likes you the best. 他最喜欢你。

He’s had a holiday and looks the better for it. 他度假之后，气色好多了。

The younger you are，the easier it is to learn. 年纪越轻，学习越容易。
