inform可以用作动词

inform的基本意思是“通知,告知”,用作及物动词时,接名词或代词作宾语,也可接双宾语,其直接宾语可由带疑问词的动词不定式或that/wh-从句充当。

inform用作不及物动词时,可作“检举,告密”解,常与介词against〔on〕连用。

inform后面不跟双宾语，He has informed me his new address.这个句子是错误的，应在his前加介词of。
