vt. （使）加快，（使）增速；加速，催促；促进；速度增加

vi. 加快，加速；

1.用作及物动词,意思为使(某事物)加快；促进(某事物).

用法：主语 accelerate n./pron.

2.用作不及物动词,意思为加速；加快.

用法：主语 accelerate( A).
